HandyCapable serves nonprofit organizations and low-income people on government assistance.
Because of our special partnership with Microsoft, we are able to offer computers for sale to low-income individuals and nonprofit agencies at VERY special prices. Our prices start at $100 for PCs and at $150 for laptops.
What an individual needs to qualify:
Participation in any of the following government assistance programs:
Section 8
Food Stamps
Medicaid
Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Free/Reduced Priced Lunch at school
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
Social Security Disability Income (SSDI)
Or you can contact any nonprofit and ask them to contact us for a referral form.

I do not want a computer. I have a question. I brought a 95 computer to you this past week and have since found books and CD’s that come with this machine. Can you use this? Also, I have lots of NEW 3.5 floppy disk. Can you use these?
